AJWA Sultanahmet - Preferred Hotels LVX Collection

The property was ideally located for a tour in the old town. We enjoyed the Turkish flair of the hotel, the breakfast and dinner was delicious snd the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location close to the heart of istanbul and walking distance from all the key sights - we barely had the need to use public transport! Staff are very attentive and welcoming, we stayed for a week and were made to feel like home. Food from the restaurant is super tasty and makes you not want to eat anywhere else. Spa experience was fantastice, facilities 5 star.

The style, mix of modernity and tradition, location is not bad. Breakfast is great.

I had a wonderful stay during the time I traveled in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than my check-in time, but they arranged for me to upgrade a nicer room. The entire hotel smelled with Roja parfum that I adored so much! Although a Taxi driver overcharged me , a hotel manager refunded me for the overcharging expenses. The furniture is so beautiful and exotic, and the hotel provides drinks and condiments daily. Good location near most tourist attractions. The only thing I want to know is the name and type of perfume they use in the hotel lobby. I will choose this hotel again for the next trip with my family.

This was the second time we stayed at Ajwa hotel and it exceeded our expectations even more. We had good communication with the hotel prior to our stay. On arrival, we were welcomed by staff with Ajwa dates and sherbet with a brief background on the hotel. We were in awe with the intricate design of the hotel and the thought behind every piece of furniture and art. The staff were accommodating and extremely helpful. They carried out any requests swiftly which made us feel comfortable and stress-free throughout our stay. Each individual showed genuine compassion and kindness. It felt like home away from home. The people of Ajwa were the highlight of the trip. This created a great atmosphere and made our stay super relaxing and fun. The hotel is immaculate and after housekeeping it felt like we were returning to a new room. The location is great as it’s a walking distance from the main attractions in Sultanahmet but they also have a shuttle bus service if required. We enjoyed the restaurant and the view from there is spectacular. We were really happy that the opulent spa accommodated female-only timings. We have stayed at a few hotels in Istanbul but Ajwa by far was the best experience and we will definitely be returning again.
